In a sensational way, AEmillius Caviar, for the first time, presented to the public paddlefish caviar - a unique sturgeon fish, which is the only one of all sturgeons that feeds on plankton and has been successfully adapted in Bulgaria for over a decade. The light colour with grey highlights and especially the delicate, light taste impressed us, presented in an attractive way with conceptually shaped bites.<\/p>\n
Our culinary spring, offered by Dream Team, began with \u201eA Refined Beginning\u201c - a pav\u00e9 of bread with black caviar and gold dust, followed by a sophisticated gel of vodka and black caviar.<\/p>\n
In the \u201eDelicious Discoveries\u201c section, we tried an exceptional variety of tartares - salmon, tuna, veal with anchovies, and the special sea bass tartare topped with lots of black caviar.<\/p>\n
Our \u201csweet finale\u201d were combinations of brownies with ganache monte bourbon and black caviar, as well as a chocolate schotte with truffle and black caviar.<\/p>\n
