TERMS OF DELIVERY

1. Courier company and tracking

Deliveries are made through the courier company EKONT. Any user with registration can track their delivery directly on the site Econt.com via the notice received from the courier.

2. Delivery prices

When purchasing goods worth more than 500 BGN, the delivery is completely free of charge for the customer (covered by AEmillius Caviar).

For orders below this value, delivery is at the customer's expense according to the rates of Econt.

3. Delivery times

Weekdays (Monday - Friday): All online orders placed by 1:00 pm will arrive with priority by 9:00 am the next day (or at a day and time specified by you).

Weekend: orders placed on Saturday and Sunday are processed on Monday and delivered on Tuesday.

4. Conditions of transport and storage

The caviar is transported in a special refrigerated bag or disposable thermo box. A temperature range of 2 to 4 degrees is maintained to ensure that the optimum quality of the product is maintained for a period of 24 hours.
