How it works
Three steps
- 1 Create a profile Signing up takes a minute and earns you 500 points. With your first order of at least €30.00, you’ll receive another 500 points.
- 2 Collect points Every purchase, every new flavour from the range, attendance at an event – even your birthday – earns you points.
- 3 Pay with points In your shopping basket, you can choose how many points to use. 100 points = €1.

How to pay with points
In your shopping basket or at checkout, you can enter how many points you want to use, and the amount will be deducted straight away. The minimum is 500 points. Event tickets cannot be paid for with points.

Questions
When will I receive my registration points?
As soon as you create a profile. You can see them on your profile, in the ‘Club’ section.
When do the points from a purchase become active?
Once the order has been completed. Until then, you’ll see them in your profile as points awaiting confirmation.
When will I receive my first-order bonus?
Once your first order, containing products totalling at least €30.00, has been completed. Event tickets do not count towards this total.
How does flavour gradation work?
Our caviar is organised into five categories. Your first purchase from each category earns you bonus points, once only. You can try them in whatever order you like.
Are the points running out?
Points are valid for 12 months after your last activity, such as a purchase or a payment using points. We’ll send you a reminder by email 30 days before they expire.
Can I pay for the whole order using points?
Yes. If you have enough points, they cover the full cost of the products. Delivery and event tickets are paid for separately.
What happens to the points if the order is cancelled?
Points and bonuses from a cancelled or returned order will be forfeited, and any points used for that order will be credited back to your balance.
Are corporate clients taking part?
Yes, subject to certain conditions for corporate profiles. You can view them in the "Club" section of your profile once you’ve logged in.
