Instructions for storing, transporting and serving black caviar
The black caviar is stored and transported at a temperature of -2°C to preserve its perfect organoleptic characteristics - taste, aroma and texture.
Coolers are placed in the transport package (styrofoam box). After arrival, it is advisable to place some of the coolers in a freezer at -18°C and replace them every 6-10 hours.
The caviar is Beluga „Royal Selection“ in two packages of 125 g.
It is advisable to eat the caviar clean, with a fine spoon. Before removal from the transport box, everything for the tasting must be prepared in advance.
For a slower event, provide a container of crushed ice to place the caviar on. Only use a clean utensil to stir in the can - no water or other substances should get in.
