Return and Refund Policy

Right to claim: The customer has the right to claim in case of any shortages or non-conformity with the ordered goods. Notification must be made within 60 minutes of receipt of delivery to 0888 450 314.

Return of goods: According to Article 57(4) of the CPA, the consumer's right to withdraw from the distance contract and return goods within 14 days does not apply to deliveries of perishable or short-life goods (such as caviar and other food products).

Order cancellation: an order can be cancelled by the customer before it is handed over to the courier for delivery. For this purpose, the customer must contact us immediately by phone.

Refund: In the event of an accepted claim and we are unable to replace the product, the amount will be refunded to the customer within 14 working days to the bank account from which payment was made (or via the method used for purchase).
