How it works
Three steps
- 1 Create a profile Registration takes just a minute. With your first order of at least €30.00, you’ll receive 500 points.
- 2 Collect points With every purchase, with every new flavour from the range, at events and on your birthday.
- 3 Pay with points In your shopping basket, you can choose how many points to use. 100 points = €1.

How to pay with points
In your shopping basket or at checkout, you enter how many points you want to use, and the amount is deducted straight away. The minimum is 500 points.

Questions
When do the points from a purchase become active?
Once the order has been completed. Until then, you’ll see them in your profile as points awaiting confirmation.
When will I receive my first-order bonus?
Once your first order, containing products totalling at least €30.00, has been completed. Event tickets do not count towards this total.
How does flavour gradation work?
Our caviar is organised into five categories. Your first purchase from each category earns you bonus points, once only. You can try them in whatever order you like.
Are the points running out?
Points are valid for 12 months after your last activity, such as a purchase or a payment using points. We’ll send you a reminder by email 30 days before they expire.
Can I pay for the whole order using points?
Yes. If you have enough points, they cover the full cost of the products. Delivery is charged separately.
What happens to the points if the order is cancelled?
Points and bonuses from a cancelled or returned order will be forfeited, and any points used for that order will be credited back to your balance.
Are corporate clients taking part?
The programme is for private customers. Corporate customers are subject to individual terms and conditions.
