This caviar does not occur naturally. It has been created as a hybrid between moruna and chiga to offer a top-quality pearl in markets where the sale of pure moruna is prohibited. A light-coloured, large pearl (around 3 mm) with a predominant moruna flavour and a characteristic chiga aftertaste. It is precisely this balance between strength and delicacy that makes it one of the most popular choices for everyday use. Its light olive-grey colour, distinct pearls and large size are its most recognisable features. The surface is smooth, with subtle iridescent glints and barely perceptible indentations, which give it a crystalline, almost metallic sheen.
