Two different concepts of luxury

Moruna Æmillius Caviar

Huso huso

A coarse yet delicate grain, a silky texture and a smooth, lingering flavour. The saltiness is not overpowering, and the finish is long and elegant.

Russian Sturgeon Royal

Acipenser gueldenstaedtii

A more concentrated pearl and a more pronounced character, with clean maritime, oily and, at times, nutty nuances. The flavour unfolds in stages.

With both varieties in one set, the recipient tastes them one after the other: first the Russian Royal sturgeon, then the Moruna, moving from the more full-bodied to the more delicate flavour.
