On 20 December 2024 — a significant date for the organisers — the historic Czech Club on Krakra Street in Sofia hosted an exquisite tasting.
„Emilius Caviar“ has unveiled its „Royal Selection“ — an exceptional black Beluga caviar bearing the personal coat of arms of His Majesty Simeon II.
Through this special caviar, the monarch is expressing his support for the promotion of high-quality Bulgarian black caviar in Bulgaria and on global markets.
MasterChef Bozhana Katsarova turned the day into a culinary journey, whilst Milen Keremedchiev — a diplomat from His Majesty’s office and a digital influencer with millions of followers — shared his admiration for the combination of caviar and avocado.
The tasting was attended by members of the Black Caviar Traders’ Association, experts from the tourism industry and connoisseurs of black caviar.
