In an atmosphere of refined luxury and artistic informality, distinguished guests celebrated St Anton’s Day with a unique lunch, at which black caviar was the star of the occasion.
Among the special guests were Georgi Pandurov, former soloist at the Cologne Opera and founder of the Bulgarian male choir „Gregorian Voices“, fashion expert Iliana Alipieva, singer Ivana and His Majesty Ivan Tenev.
Chef Valentin Nikolov unveiled the magic of black caviar through a series of impressive culinary interpretations, proving that this delicacy can be an accessible treat for any menu.
Emil Arabadzhiev, chairman of the Association of Black Caviar Traders in Bulgaria and host of the event, thanked the donors present for their generous support of the organisation’s initiatives. „To give means you have something to give,“ he remarked amidst the smiling faces of the guests.
The lunch was attended by official guests, patrons and connoisseurs, making it a true celebration of good taste and shared moments.
