On a sparkling February Friday, when the world celebrates love, we celebrated our passion for black caviar. The elegant garden spaces of the A priori restaurant at CROWNE HOTEL became the epicentre of exquisite flavours under the expert guidance of world-renowned Chef Lars Augsten.

Romance with a taste of caviar

Sophisticated couples shared a time filled with gastronomic magic, where black caviar was the protagonist in a symphony of flavours. Each couple had the opportunity to share their unique combination, opening new horizons for the senses.

An impromptu „influencer contest“ for the most artistic photography added a creative twist to the evening, turning each shot into a story of shared moments.

Special guests and friends

We celebrated with high attention the name day of Valentin Nikolov - a chef with extremely sensitive taste, who, together with his partner, varied the lunch with professional comments about the food and the choice of Lars' taste.

Their sophisticated flair for events of this nature put every aspect of the tasting to the test - from the texture of the caviar, the wine, the musical atmosphere, the serving technique, establishing the event as a worthy representative of contemporary Bulgarian culture.
